Flareon (Japanese: ブースター Booster) is a Fire-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I of the Pokémon series. It is one of the eight possible evolutions of Eevee, a Pokémon known for its ability to evolve into various forms. Flareon evolves from Eevee when exposed to a Fire Stone. This Pokémon is known for its fiery capabilities and is classified as the Flame Pokémon.

Flareon's body temperature is regulated by an internal flame sac, allowing it to exhale fire with temperatures reaching up to 3,100°F (1,700°C). Typically, its body temperature ranges from 1,300-1,500°F (700-800°C), which it manages by fluffing out its fur to cool down. Flareon is an omnivore, known to roast berries or prey before consumption, and is commonly found in populated areas rather than in the wild. Its curious and adaptable nature makes it a fascinating subject of study within the Pokémon series.
